Campaspe Hosted ASD Special Interest Group : Forms
Wednesday 8th February 2012
Echuca
Forms can be overwhelming for both parents and professionals. What do you want to know, what do you wish you could tell the professional. What do you wish you can know before seeing the family and how would you like this presented? Dot point?
Professionals are invited to bring along a parent/carer that would be able to contribute to the discussion. This is an opportunity to brainstorm together to work out what works and what doesn't.
We hope that this meeting will produce a draft document that families can send to all professionals prior to appointments.
Agenda coming soon

Asia Pacific Autism Conference 2013
7th - 9th August 2013
Adelaide South Australia
"Adelaide, South Australia is a beautiful city and a wine and food connoisseur's paradise! It's got churches, parklands, beautiful architecture and, best of all, it will host the 2013 Asia Pacific Autism Conference (APAC). Adelaide's world class Convention Centrre overlooks the picturesque Turrens River and Elder Park with ic home to many Adelaide icons including a majestic fountain spraying jets of water high into the air above the river. During World Autism Awareness Day (2 April 2011), this fountain was lit up with blue lights as part of an international autism awareness campaign. The Elder Park fountain has been adopted as a symbol of hope and strength and prodly sprouts from the APAC 2013 identity with the highest stream of water coloured blue, reflecting the connection with international autism awareness. The letters of APAC overlap representing a "coming together" of the autism spectrum community. A ragne of other colours are incoorparated into the logo to represent the diversity of the autism spectrum and embrace the conference them - TRUE COLOURS. Be Bold. Be Brave. Be Brilliant. BE THERE" Jon Martin APAC 2013 Chair and CEO Autism SA
